Electronic Requisitioning at Tufts

After two years of planning and hard work, Electronic Requisitioning is finally here! Throughout July and August, a few departments have piloted the system and we're happy to announce that classes will be offered to the community beginning September 17, 2009.
There are a few "prerequisities" to obtaining access to E-Req:
- All users must attend a hands-on training class. Class dates/times are listed below for the month of September. Registration for class is required because space is limited. Should you receive a message that the class you request to attend is full, please be patient. Classes will be offered from September through January.
- Prior to attending class, contact your Budget & Fiscal Officer, to ensure that you have been pre-approved as a system user.

We thank the members of the Tufts community who attended focus groups and those who volunteered their time as Advisory Board members. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Medford Campus: Tufts Administration Building, IT Computer Lab
September 17 from 2:00-4:00
September 23 from 9:30-11:30
September 29 from 2:00-4:00
Grafton Campus: Loew Center, Webster Library Computer Lab
September 28 from 2:00-4:00
Boston Campus: Sackler Building 5th Floor - Large Computer Lab
September 30 from 2:00-4:00
TO REGISTER: Go to http://learncenter.uit.tufts.edu. Once signed in, click on Finance, then Classroom Calendar. If you have problems or questions, call Carol Liedes at 75190.
