In 1860, Tufts students chose brown and blue as the school colors, with blue representing a compromise amid debate about using white or gold, as well. The Trustees, however, did not officially recognize the colors until a century later. The first yearbook in 1876 used the chocolate brown and sky blue that signify Tufts today.

Residential Computer Consultants - RCC program at Tufts OnLine is a group of trained students who help other students to get connected to the residential network (Medford/Somerville campus).
Grafton Information Technology Services - providing information technology leadership, support, and service on the Grafton Campus.
Information Technology Services (ITS) in Arts, Sciences - provides support and training for users to implement and effectively take advantage of new technology on the Medford/Somervill Campus.
Office of Information Technology - provides support for users to implement and effectively take advantage of new technology on the Boston Campus.
University Information Technology - providing computing training and support, provides telephone support to faculty, staff, and students.
